Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days for us to receive your purchase back.

Please be aware that you have 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24hrs we assume you are happy with your purchase then we proceed to ship.

In cases of a shoe purchase or wig, customers must take their measurements before making orders from our website. We will only accept refund/exchange if the product is not as advertised on the website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uncut lace, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The product must not have been tried on or removed from the packaging
*All returns MUST pass the criteria above due to laws that regulate the sales of these products.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that we will not be responsible for the cost to return your item back to you should we reject your return for not following the rules stated above.

REFUND/EXCHANGE:

Our refund/exchange only covers what we have on our website. As a small business, we are unable to offer FREE returns at this time, and therefore this expense must be covered by you, the customer.

» Your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours of us receiving your return.

» Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

» For orders that qualify for FREE shipping please note that £5 will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

» Any returns that do not meet the criteria for a discount at the time of purchase will be disqualified.
